"Doctor Home" app — home medical care services in Damascus

1. Acceptance

By using or registering in the Doctor Home app (the "App"), you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Nature of the service

• Doctor Home is a booking and coordination platform for home medical visits and online consultations. We receive your request and pass it to an independently licensed doctor, nurse or technician.
• The licensed practitioner provides the service and carries the medical and professional responsibility for it. The App and its customer support team do not diagnose, treat or prescribe.
• The App is not an emergency service. In urgent or serious situations call an ambulance immediately at 110.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information (name, number, address).
• You are responsible for orders made from your number and for the accuracy of the health information you enter for yourself or your family members.

4. Orders and appointments

• An order is confirmed once our team confirms it or a practitioner accepts it. Times are approximate and may be affected by traffic or circumstances.
• For online consultations, the slot you choose is reserved for you with the selected doctor.
• We may decline an order if we cannot provide the service safely or on time, and we will let you know.

5. Prices and payment

• The prices shown in the App at the time of ordering apply and may change. Night visits may carry an extra fee shown in the App.
• You may pay cash at the visit, by electronic transfer with the transaction reference, or from your in-app wallet balance.
• Some services (such as lab tests or extra consumables) are priced per case, and we will explain the price beforehand.

6. Wallet

• Wallet top-ups are activated after we verify the transfer.
• The wallet balance is for paying inside the App. For any request about your balance, contact customer support.

7. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel your order before the practitioner sets out, through the customer support chat or WhatsApp.
• If an order paid from the wallet is cancelled, the amount is returned to your wallet balance.

8. Discount codes

• One code per order; codes have no cash value.
• The first-order discount applies to the first order of each mobile number only.
• We may stop any code, change its conditions, or refuse it if it is misused.

9. Medical reports

The visit report and prescribed medications are written by the licensed practitioner who visited you and stay in your account for your follow-up. For any medical question about the report, refer to that practitioner.

10. Your obligations

• Give accurate information about the condition and provide a safe and respectful environment for the staff during the visit.
• Do not use the App for any unlawful, abusive or misleading purpose, or try to break into or disrupt it.

11. Limitation of liability

Our responsibility is limited to coordinating and following up on your order, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as communication or road outages or emergencies).

12. Intellectual property

The "Doctor Home" name, logo, app design and content are protected, and may not be copied or used without written permission.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will tell you inside the App about any important change. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Syrian Arab Republic, and the courts of Damascus have jurisdiction over any dispute.
