"Doctor Home" app — home medical care services in Damascus

What we collect

• Account: your name, mobile number, area, and email if you provide it (optional).
• Orders: the service, patient name and age, condition notes, address and map location, time, payment method and transfer reference if you pay by transfer.
• Patient files (optional): if you add family members — blood type, chronic conditions, allergies, regular medications and notes.
• Medical reports: the visit report and prescribed medications written by the licensed practitioner after your visit.
• Wallet: top-ups, payments and refunds.
• Chat and ratings: your messages with customer support and your visit rating.
• Notifications: if you turn them on, we store only your device's push subscription address.

We do not collect tracking or advertising data and use no behavioural analytics.

Why we use it

• To coordinate your visit and send the right practitioner to your address.
• To tell you about your order status and when your report and medications are ready (in-app notification or WhatsApp message).
• To keep your visit history and family files for your follow-up and future visits.
• For accounting and to handle any complaint or question.

Where it is stored

On protected servers of the cloud database service Supabase in a data centre in Frankfurt (Germany), accessible only by the app's server. A short copy (your account, orders and language) is kept on your device so the app works quickly — see the Cookies Policy.

Who can see it

• The licensed practitioner assigned to your visit, to the extent the visit requires.
• Our customer support and supervision team, each according to their role and with a personal access code.
• Technical service providers working only on our behalf: app and database hosting, Apple and Google notification services, the WhatsApp messaging service for your order messages, and the map service (OpenStreetMap) when you pick your location.

We never sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing or advertising.

Health information

Condition notes, patient files and medical reports are used exclusively to provide and follow up on the care you request. The diagnosis text is never sent by WhatsApp — it stays inside the app.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is active. After a deletion request we delete it within 7 business days, except records we are legally required to keep (such as accounting records).

Your rights

• View and edit your information from the Account screen.
• Clear the app data on your device from Account → Privacy & data.
• Turn notifications off at any time from Account.

Deleting your account and data

In the app: Account → Privacy & data → Request account deletion. Or message us in the chat or on WhatsApp with the phone number you registered with. We delete your account and data (name, number, email, addresses, orders, patient files and reports) from our servers within 7 business days and confirm it to you.

Children

The account holder must be 18 or older. The account holder may add files for family members (including children) and book services for them, and is responsible for the accuracy of that information.

Nature of the service

Doctor Home is a booking and coordination platform: we pass your request to an independently licensed doctor or nurse who provides the service and carries the medical responsibility for it. The app and its team do not diagnose, treat or prescribe.

Important medical notice

This app is not for emergencies. In any urgent or serious situation, call an ambulance immediately at 110.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything important, we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect.
